Since Mercuri Urval had already worked together with Expense Reduction Analysts in other European countries like Germany, Finland and Sweden, Mercuri Urval CEO Christian Kurt Nielsen asked Kim Knudsen, Senior Partner of Expense Reduction Analysts in Denmark, to optimize the cleaning spending.
For its 8 offices in Denmark Mercuri Urval was working together with 7 different cleaning suppliers. Annually the company spent about 1.500.000 Dkr for these cleaning services.
